EWING, NJ — December 1, 2005 — CorpNote (www.corpnote.com), the online greeting card and invitation service for business, has released a major upgrade to its suite of Customer Relationship tools. The new product allows small or large organizations to customize the CorpNote web site with their company’s logo, colors and message, with minimal investment, and no technical requirements other than an internet-connected PC.
The new Company membership service allows a single administrator within an organization to easily tailor the site to their brand, and to create customized E-cards for occasions that suit their company’s specific needs. Companies and non-profit organizations are using the system for holiday greetings, sales and marketing campaigns, customer and member support, and for sending and tracking invitations to meetings and holiday events. What makes the new service unique is that Group Members can create an advertising-free experience that is branded with their look and message at every step, from the screens their employees see when composing and sending cards, to the email invitations and E-cards that are sent to their recipients.
"Companies love the features of our regular CorpNote membership, and have asked us to build their company similar systems. We came back with the idea of building a site that anyone could customize. This really opens up the market to companies, and especially non-profits, that can’t afford or support a custom-built solution," says Louis Rofrano, Systems Developer at Set Now Solutions, who helped develop the site’s new features.
In addition to saving the cost of development, CorpNote’s new Group Membership gives companies a discount of up to 60% off the regular monthly member price. Billing and user information appears in a suite of tools visible only to a company’s designated administrator, where they can also upload their company’s card designs, and customize the web site's appearance.
Other site-wide enhancements have also been implemented, which are available to all CorpNote members. Upgrades include the ability to upload a photo or logo to display in the personal signature of your cards, a new editor that lets you easily format your message and insert text with web hyperlinks, and improved compatibility with importing email contacts from Outlook® and ACT® software.
"One of CorpNote’s most popular uses, especially during the Holiday Season, is sending electronic invitations to office events," says Sarah Miller, President of Set Now Solutions and co-creator of CorpNote. "Our Online Invitation system lets guests reply to an invitation by clicking a link in the e-card. The CorpNote system tracks their responses, and lets you create attendance lists."
