Marketing Roundtable

Topic: How to Actually Do Partnership Selling

Facilitator: Terry Adams, president of Adams Consulting Group, is coming back to tell us how to actually develop strategic partnerships which enable your business to grow without increasing staff. She’s already convinced us that we should do it. Now learn how to (1) identify the type of partnerships to pursue (2) define the characteristics you want in a partner (3) set expectations and parameters from which to operate a partnership and (4) create a win/win with the terms of your agreement. Terry will give you the opportunity to create a solid game plan for making a partnership viable.
