Investing limited resources in the right order for faster business growth
Few businesses have enough extra cash to quickly recover from poor investment decisions, especially in today's economic climate. How do you decide which strategic investments to make and not to make and in what order? For instance, what do you do first, hire people, standardize processes or upgrade technology? Your business future depends on how you answer these questions.
Presenter: Our speaker, Richard Hawkes, will demonstrate some fresh and innovative ways to think about business growth. Richard Hawkes has extensive consulting experience helping businesses grow and excel. He has led major business strategy and strategy implementation engagements with leading companies in a broad range of industries including: Banking, Consumer Products, Cosmetics, e-Business, Food & Beverage, Heavy Manufacturing, Insurance, Pharmaceuticals and Telecommunications. Richard is a partner at Crazy Growth™ Partners, a consultancy that specializes in making business growth simpler to achieve and easier to manage. He also works closely with Guttman Development Strategies, a consultancy specializing in executive and organizational development.
Cost: Pre-registered - $30 for members, $35 for non-members. Not pre-registered: $35 for members and non-members. Non-members may attend
with member at member cost. Payment at the event. Walk-ins are
limited due to space.

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend for any reason,

at 609-584-6389. Cancellations received within 48 hours of the event
will be billed the full registration fee. Substitutions may be made
by email any time prior to the event.

our newsletter and on our chapter website.
