Once you're in front of the prospect, what's the first step to a sale? Getting the potential customer to hear what you have to say. This interactive workshop will introduce you to the concept of staying in the customer's world in order to advance the sale and give you the tools to apply the concept to your next sales conversation. We'll be discussing:

  • Going beyond features and benefits
  • "Our House/Their House:" the art of staying in your customer's world
  • Thinking about your product/service in the customer's terms
  • Questions that lead the conversation where you want it to go.
