Holiday Party
December 18th is closer than you think! Join us at our 5th Annual "Pamper
Yourself" Holiday Party, where we bring in the new Year with Great food,
Great Company and 15+ Vendors to display their products to women looking to
BUY!
We are currently looking for the following Participants:
Vendors:
- Member Vendor: $40 (includes 5' table, marketing on our newsletter, poster
of vendors and full buffet)
- Non-member Vendor: $65 (includes 5' table, marketing on newsletter, poster
of vendors and full buffet)
- Additional Dinners can be purchased: $30 members reserved in advance; $35
non members reserved in advance
All payments are due on the night of the event.
Door Prizes: You will be recognized during the event with an announcement,
as well as a listing on our poster of door prize donors and a listing in the
Mercer Chapter January online Newsletter.
Wine Sponsors: We are looking for 6 Wine Sponsors at $ 75 each

to participate as a vendor and sponsor are very limited, and on a first come,
first serve basis, so please respond promptly.
Location and Time: Harrison Conference Center at Merrill Lynch, 900 Scudders
Mill Road Plainsboro, NJ
(use entrance at 3rd traffic light off US Rt.1)- 6PM
Dinner Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend for any reason, contact
the chapter by email at rsvpmercerdinner@yahoo.com or by fax at 609-584-6389.
Cancellations received within 48 hours of the event will be billed the full
dinner registration fee. Dinner substitutions may be made by email any time
prior to the event.
