Have you ever attended an awards ceremony and heard the winner say, "I owe my success to..." or "I couldn’t have done it without..." or "I wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for the constant encouragement of..."

Who comes to mind when you think of your role models and tireless supporters? The Awards Committee would like to hear from you if you know a non-NJAWBO member who deserves to be considered for the Woman of Achievement/Rose and Scroll Award. Nominations are due before December 1, 2003.

Nominees are evaluated on these criteria:

• Prior business, professional, and personal achievements
• Specific areas of assistance to women business owners (such as involvement in mentoring and encouragement of new and inexperienced women business owners)
• Volunteer activities (such as involvement in youth, civic, and religious groups; in cultural contributions to her community; in political offices held; in positions held on school and municipal boards, etc.)
• Prior awards and honors

Written nominations for the Woman of Achievement/Rose and Scroll Award should be submitted to the Awards Committee before December 1, 2003.
