Using the book "Positioning - the Battle for Your Mind" by Reis & Trout that was discussed at the September Book Club meeting, we will attempt to find the appropriate position for each of our businesses in order to help us with our future marketing plans. It would be very helpful for attendees to read the book, which can be borrowed from any Book Club reader.
