Description: There's a fine line between educating your customer and giving away free advice, especially with service businesses. Initial meetings and pitching to clients can sometimes develop into the prospect asking questions that lead down the path of giving away information that is part of your contracted service. Come share your experiences on how to avoid these situations and how to untangle yourself if you do step into one.
