President's Message
Thank you, Mercer members, for contributing to the success of our February 9th dinner meeting with former Governor Christine Todd Whitman, now entrepreneur. Not only was the program presentation and discussion full of energy, but word has it, that a lot of fruitful networking took place! Come back for more on March 9th to hear the client retention message of Phillip Cooper, President of Cooper Pest Solutions, Inc.
How can you quickly connect with your fellow Mercer members? Participate
in our revitalized Mentoring Program. Sign up as a Mentor or a Mentee
. . . or both! Just fill out a brief
registration form and you are on your way. Everyone wins!
Watch for ballots within the next few weeks which pertain to the election of NJAWBO State Officers. There is a precise validation procedure for counting votes, so instructions should be followed to the letter. For instance, although you will return to Headquarters a sealed "ballot" envelope containing your ballot, this sealed anonymous envelope must be placed inside a mailing envelope with your name and return address on it. Without your name and address on the outside mailing envelope (which gets discarded), Headquarters is unable to include your ballot within the voting when all ballot envelopes are opened and counted at the Annual Meeting.
Join our sister Chapters at the Salute to Women Leaders on March 29th at the Crystal Plaza in Livingston, and mark your calendars for Chapter Leadership Training and the NJAWBO Annual Meeting on May 2nd at the Holiday Inn in Monroe. Visit NJAWBO.org for more information. See you there!
Best Regards,
