Our own Kim Rowe of Agentive will be presenting. Sometimes the most difficult part of selling is getting to speak with the potential customer. Because of voice mail, email, protective receptionists and well-trained gatekeepers, it is nearly impossible to use the traditional cold-call approach of never leaving a message and of only speaking directly to the prospective client.
Kim will explore with us a new technique for reaching those well-insulated clients through 7 Points of Contact. We will learn how to develop a targeted series of contact messages that cut through the barriers and get real results. She will also introduce to you some tools for tracking your customer contact activities and turning cold calls into cold cash.
