The program addresses the specific concerns of the female investor and provides seven simple steps to help women take control of their finances and achieve their financial goals. This seminar is based on The New York Times best-seller Smart Women Finish Rich. The author is a successful financial advisor whose clientele is 80% female.

You'll have a chance to take a quick look at the good news for today's women investors, and talk about the not-so-good news, which point out a few things we should be aware of. Finally, you'll learn about the seven steps to living and finishing rich.

Presenter: Liz Scafa - Financial Advisor Morgan Stanley

Liz is a CPA and a 20-year veteran of the financial services industry. She has held a number of responsible positions in the fields of banking, insurance and securities. She has been recognized frequently over her career for professional excellence. Most recently, she earned the Morgan Stanley National Directors Award for the second year in a row.

A black and gold sign is in front of the building with the company name and address. Proceed to the parking lot BEHIND the building and enter through the BACK door as the front and side doors may be locked. Please call 609-844-7920 for additional directions.

Directions from Route 1 (North or South):
Turn onto Franklin Corner Road heading west toward Trenton. Proceed through the second traffic light (at Princeton Pike). 100 Franklin Corner Road is the second building on the right hand side past the second light.

From Route 206 (North or South):
Turn onto Franklin Corner Road heading east toward Route 1. Proceed approximately 1 mile to 100 Franklin Corner Road, which will be on your left-hand side. It is the second building BEFORE the traffic light at Princeton Pike.

From Route 95 heading South:
Exit at 8A, Princeton Pike South. After exit, proceed to first light at Franklin Corner Road. Make right and go to second building on your right-hand side.

From Route 95 heading North:
Exit at 8A, Princeton Pike North. Merge onto Franklin Corner Road. Proceed approximately 1/2 mile to 100 Franklin Corner Road, which will be on your left-hand side. It is the second building BEFORE the traffic light at Princeton Pike.
