President's Message

On June 23rd, Mercer Chapter is conducting it’s annual planning at the home of Arlene Schragger. Elizabeth Gaines of Colony Crossing is coordinating the logistics and accepting reservations elizabeth@colonycrossing.com. This program is such a popular event, several members RSVP’d for the event before the official invitation was sent out!

Keep connected with members during summer with Mercer Chapter events. As in past years we will conduct a Marketing Roundtable, Book Club, Breakfast Networking, and a New Member Open House.

Get involved in Mercer NJAWBO by attending meetings/programs or helping shape the chapter on committees.

For those of you that are planning to attend the NJAWBO State Conference, I look forward to seeing you at the Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe on June 10 & 11. The agenda is packed with insightful speakers.

Although my time as Mercer Chapter president is not done until June 2005- I want to thank all of the members that have made my job as president enjoyable this year. Although many board members’ work is "behind the scenes", they each give 110% to the organization. Each woman is always willing to step in to fill in if we have a gap. I look forward to another year of strong programming, continued membership growth and increased participation.
