Habitat for Humanity

In June, 2000 Mercer Chapter participated in the Habitat for Humanity Women Build project in Trenton. There is another Women Build project in the development stage for Fall, 2002. More details to follow.

In the meantime, you can brush up on your light construction skills by participating in "Paint a Bite Out of Grime".

This daylong program is being coordinated by Habitat for Humanity in a working partnership with Neighborhood Housing Services of Trenton.

Meet at: Habitat For Humanity Office in Trenton

• Bring lunch and drinking water
• Tools and Paintbrushes will be supplied at the worksite

Tasks to be done: basic exterior painting of porches, steps, a few window frames, and caulking of windows
