Goal setting is the topic for the next breakfast meeting. How do you set goals and plan to implement? Bring ideas and a goal to the meeting and plan for an interesting and productive discussion.

These meetings are held bi-monthly at varying locations to make them convenient for all members. Prior meetings were well attended, and feedback continues to be positive. The informal setting invites open discussion of the topic and networking in general.

10/26/04 Breakfast Meeting Summary

The Mercer Chapter Breakfast Meeting was held at Michael's Diner Diner on Route 1 in Lawrencevilleon Oct. 26, 2004. 13 existing and potential members attended the informal discussion relating to "Business Transitions." Every business goes through transitions, from growing and merging to changing focus. How do we handle the changes and let our customers and clients learn about them. An interesting discussion was held on the many transitions the members have had, or are currently experiencing. Newsletters and e-mails to were suggested as one way to keep clients and customers in touch with what is happening in our businesses. We all agreed that one of the most important issues is being comfortable with the changes ourselves before we inform our client base.
