Everyone likes the idea of a plan, but many don't know where to start. This seminar, presented by Sherise Ritter, CPA, and Marguerite Mount, CPA, principals of the Mount Ritter Group, is designed to raise awareness regarding the benefits and considerations of strategic planning for small businesses and individuals. The Mount Ritter Group's philosophy is that planning is one of the best tools for business success.

Sherise and Marguarite bring over 40 years of combined business experience that can help the small business entrepreneur sharpen their focus, address challenges and create solutions.

Sherise D. Ritter, CPA, is a graduate of Rider University and a licensed CPA in New Jersey and New York. Sherise is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She serves on the Rider University Accounting Advisory Council, the Executive Board of The YWCA of Trenton and the Hamilton Economic Development Authority.

Marguarite L. Mount, CPA is a graduate of Seton Hall University and is currently President of The Mount Ritter Group PC. Licensed to practice in both New Jersey and New York, Marguarite is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is active in the community, serving on several executive boards of not-for-profit organizations.
