President's Message

At the core of NJAWBO are the relationships between and among the members. From those relationships stem the intrinsic value of belonging to this 1,000 member strong statewide organization. By participating in the various events offered, we learn in greater detail about members' businesses and how we can either take advantage of members' products or services or establish a cross-referral base. Not only do these contacts benefit our businesses, but they enhance our professional development through the mutual support and sharing of experiences.

Becoming involved in the planning and organizing of the Mercer Chapter also affords a great opportunity to make connections both within and outside of the Chapter.
