You still have a little time to nominate someone (including yourself!) for the Business Woman of the Year Award. This award honors a woman business owner who is a NJAWBO member and who has distinguished herself in her business, in NJAWBO, and in her community. Members are eligible after they have been business owners and NJAWBO members for at least three years. A member may be nominated more than once, but may receive this award only once; members may also nominate themselves. Nominations should be submitted to me as soon as possible, by early February.

Nominees are evaluated on the following criteria:

• History of growth of business


• Expansion or uniqueness of business


• Achievements and contributions


• Career development (seminars, courses, etc.)


• Professional affiliations and offices held


• Awards and honors

Do you know someone who deserves to be named Mercer Chapter's Business Woman of the Year? Perhaps you yourself deserve this honor. Please submit your nomination to me right away.
