Freddi Silverman, president of Strateg-e Public Relations in East Windsor, will explain why businesses should spend more money when the market gets tough in order to create "competitive fearfulness" in the hearts of the competition. She will give suggestions on how to save money in marketing, what's working and what isn't; talk about cost-effective PR tactics; and touch on relationship marketing as an important tool for small businesses.
