Member Mentoring Program. The Membership Committee is looking for current members willing to mentor a new member. Mentoring means that you coordinate with the new member to answer any questions they may have about the organization and introduce them to the people at the NJAWBO events the both of you attend. After two events your mentoring responsibilities end and you each have a new person added to your personal network!
